I took my pain script and lost my appetite :worried: AND.....I was cooking the whole time!! Just couldn't eat. I ate about 2 cups of popcorn and had 2 glasses of chard., but that's it!

20 Min. Cardio - Elliptical - had no energy due to lack of food last night. Tried to do HIIT, but it was really hard. I did a few sprints, but my rests were a little longer - more like 1.5-2 min.

I know what you mean there scorpiogirl. not having an appetite is not good sometimes. Forcing yourself to eat so you get the right amount of calories isn't that great! When you started you were at 125 lb weight I think and now you're down to 118. That's awesome! Your fat % must have dropped a lot. You started at fat % at 20-something. Let us know what it is now! ;-) Keep up all the great work and nutrition! You are obviously very disciplined which is great!!
 
Where did you go SG? It is not like you to not post for a couple of days...

I'm here, I'm here! :) Geez, I'm so lucky to have people looking after me :qt: :heart:

Saturday was kind of a crappy day. My neck was killing me and I was just "in general" ..... shitty!!! lol So I wasn't on much. Sundays are my home day and I don't have a computer there yet - BUT - I just ordered a dell Saturday, so I will have one soon!!! YEAY! - which is good, because I slack on the logging on Sunday's and forget what I eat half the time.

Went to see my daughter and she's well. She's so funny! :nerd: It's hard to stay mad at her! Even though she's been in trouble, I can't wait to get her back home. She won't have any priveleges - obviously - but at least I can start working on that brain of hers!

Took some more pics this morning - I'll post them in a bit. Hope you all have a lovely Monday!! :heart:
