No cardio or EC Stack this morning. Going to use Cardio Breeze in place of the EC Stack through Sunday and then go back on the EC Stack beginning Monday. The ephedra starts to drive you nutty after a while - need to change for a minute!

I won't be eating as much today to compensate for the unusual breakfast. A little nibble here and there to keep the metabolism up, but probably won't eat until 1 or 2 - we'll see.

Neck problems due to stress - she gave me a script for an anti-inflamitory, a muscle relaxer (for pain), a light sedative (because I can't sleep due to the pain) - I'm set in that department - she's got me stretching too - SHIT THAT HURTS BAD!!!!!! Said if I'm not better in a month, I'll have to do physical therapy - which I'm NOT doing. So I guess I'll just do the stretches and ignore the pain - no problem just add it to my training - lol! I finally got a good night of sleep last night.

Our snow started about 4:00 PM. Pretty much a white out for a few hours. I sat at the doc's office until 6 PM - STARVING. Went over to get my scripts filled at Kroger and then home. We got dumped on - 7 inches of it!

Didn't weigh in today

Was ready to to cardio and got sidetracked with a family emergency. It's not a good day at my house today. My 17 year old daughter got in some major trouble and will end up in juvi by the time the day is over. We've tried and tried with her. She just keeps making really bad decisions....and it doesn't help that she has a LOSER boyfriend. No job, no car, no money and he's 18. She on the other hand risked her jobs (she HAD two), car (which she wrecked in the process last night) and her freedom just so she could see him. Just not a good day.

scorpiogirl, don't worry, she'll grow out of it. hopefully it won't be too late and she'll still have time enough to make a good, successful life for herself. my parents always told me that it's my future and if i screw it up, I WILL HAVE TO BE THE ONE to pay for it later. ... that it wouldn't screw up their life/hurt them or anyone as much as me in the long run. i guess i remembered this advice and have been very mature and successful since a younger age. it's a phase. it will pass. don't let it get to you hon.
