With my cheat day yesterday - and cramps settling in today , the "under 120" didn't last long.....not to worry. I'll be back by mid week.

Ummmmm, yah. Ya' caught me! But I have an excuse!!!!!!! I was making shrimp cocktail and the little stinkers took me FOREVER to shell & devein....does that count?

No , Im kidding. No biggie. I was just like wha?? But didn't you just have your cheat Sunday? I figured you may have lo-cal'd / lo carb'd or something post cheat.

Sometimes that helps me ...

It's not a habit of yours so I'm not worried... you got it under control :)
 
Yah, I actually did plan on being a little low on the calories yesterday to balance out the cheat day, but it kinda' got away from me a little bit. Thanks for checking! :verygood:
