1 whole egg + 2 egg whites
Meal 3: 3 pm
1 pouch tuna
1 c broccoli
Meal 4: 7 pm

) - nothing else cooked, starving
Meal 5: tbd (its cooking right now...)
Training: light bis / tris / abs / cardio
6 min elliptical warm up
Super: tris (elbows hurt so bailed on the skull crushers)
- dips: bodywt/14 x 3
- DB tri kickbacks: 15/15 20/15 x 2
Super: bis
- EZ bar 21s: 40/7+7+7 50/7+7+7 x 2
- hi cable bis: 20/15 15/20x x 2
Abs:
- cable fitball lower abs: 60/25 x 3
- cable fitball upper abs: 20/25 x 3
- kneeling cable abs: 100/20 left: 100/20 + right: 100/20 x 2
- cable chops (hi to lo): 45/20 x 2 (lo to hi) 45/20 x 2
Cardio: 30 min stepper + 20 min recumbant bike
Then I spent 2 hrs scrubbing my gas grill. (Nasty...)
