Do you think I should try making it almond butter instead of peanut?
I love the kitchen...LOL
Now THAT would get me a job at the white house or somewhere they amy need a nice looking cook...Ay ay ay...
Am I nuts or what? :Chef:

LOL @ "nuts"... I think if almonds are considered a slightly better form of fat / protein than peanuts -- they are a little more expensive too. You would probably love the flavor tho!

I think almonds are a great choice! Now do I add peanut oil, for the mix? Or should I just go with the peanut oil...Oh Sass, I posted pictures today.

The oil should be fine I guess - LOL I just throw stuff in the grinder at the market and let them do it all...

You are SILLY..remember I am in Mexico! LOL we do have great things great produce markets etc...but whole foods is not an option...the closest we have would be Wal Mart and whole foods could send a killer to hunt me down if they knew I made that comparison! LOL hilarious!

If I could tell you how many times I thought about renting out my old place in FL and just working the resort scuba diving circuit or working a yacht somewhere in the South Pacific....

Now -- the bar thing is cool for the summer because that was my LIFE for a the last several yrs in FL. But CA -- -man I am DYING for some intellectually stimulating tech stuff. JUST DYING.
Believe me... It's not all that cracked up to be... It all puts me to sleep now. I want some stimulating conversations that does not revolve around computer's and systems!!!

Hey Sassafrass! How is the training and life going? I saw you online the other day and was going to IM you, but I figured I would get a "Who the hell are you?" IM back, so here I am saying hello in a quaint, old fashioned....circa 2003 style....I am typing on a message board.

I hope you have been well and training and life are going great.

Well -- I guess not to "one up you" -- but I've been deep in the tech industry for 20 yrs -- the chances I've had to discuss things and deal w/ some of the really cool things that you can do - esp since I'm on the product development side --- are just mind blowing. However the situations I"ve been involved in over the last 5 yr have had amazing potential but the dipshits running the operations didn't seem to think that the technology and platform that their whole business runs on isn't important....

I'd rather be where people actually see that their shit ain't gonna work unless the underlying technology works and works well...

Anyway ...

gotta get my day started here - just finished AM cardio a while ago, need to find a freekin doorknob replacement today....

Hey -- my IM is always open to fellow gym dorks!

As "old fashioned" as message forums are, we all seem to spend half our day here...

Training sort of topped out a few weeks ago -- the 220 lb smith shrugs finally blew my shoulders out. Ye old rotators decided its time to switch up "heavy training". I'm spending a little more time on cardio, a little less time lifting and a lot more time w/ my LMT & chiro.

Its all good tho! I hit some lifetime PRs and I'm satisfied w/ that. Just need to tighten up what I've sculpted out. :)

How you doing? How's your little one?
