10 May 2006 -- damn is it that late in the yr already??
Diet: -- -wayyy woke up late today - didn't actually fall asleep until 6:30 am
Meal 1: 12 noon
2 whole eggs + 3 egg white
5 oz chicken
1 grapefruit
Meal 2: 3 pm
2 scoops BI US + 1 tbsp ANPB
Meal 3: 5:30 pm
6 oz chicken
4 oz sweet potato
-- skipped the veggies -- they just don't digest well & I have to be at the gym in 20 min
Meal 4: 9 pm PWO
2 scoops BI US
Meal 5: 12 midnite
6 oz chicken
2 c green beans
Training:
AM -- lmao overslept -- went to sleep an hr after the Butts & Guts class...
PM: legs -- downgraded this to primarily Quads & light hams tonite -- my knees were killng me....
warm up - 5 min elliptical
Giant:
- walking lunges: 20/50 x 3
- step ups: 25/20 x 3
- 45 degree reverse hyper: 0/20 x 3
front squats (ATF): bar/20 10/15 x 2
std squats: 25/15 x 2 --- watching the back tonite -- belt time!
Super (quads): (had to drop leg press for later because some chick stripped off my 5 plates and did 25 lb for 10 minutes...)
- hack squat (close stance): 90/15 x 2 115/12
- leg ext (2 ct hold + 6 ct drop): 115/15 x 2 130/12 --> alt: 55/10 x 2

Smith SLDLs: bar/15 25/12 35/12 45/12 x 2 -- this is always an exploratory exercise because of my squirrely lower back -- went pretty good tonite...wore my belt but a bit looser
