2 whole eggs + 4 egg whites (ran out of chicken)
1/2 c oatmeal + 1 scoop protein powder
Meal 2: 12 noon
2 scoops BI MP + 1 tbsp ANPB
Meal 3: 3 pm
6 oz chicken
4 oz sweet potato
1 c green beans
PWO - 7 pm
2 scoops BI MP + glutamine
Meal 4: tbd
Meal 5: tbd
Training:
AM -- didnt' make Yoga today --- the oatmeal wouldnt' settle in time....

Rotator Cuff warmup:
- cable inside / outside: 5/20(4) x 2
- 45 degree from front laterals: 10/15 x 2
- lying shoulder press: 10/15 x 2
incline press: bar/20 x 2
Giant ( chest):
- incline press: 10/15 25/12 x 2
- incline DB fly: 25/12 x 3 --- some nerve pinch on this -- felt like shoulder related
- cable x-over: 20/15 x 3
- hammer strength low press: 45/15 55/12 45/12
Pushups: 10 x 3
Giant (bis):
- LifeFitness preacher curl: 85/15 x 3 --- mega sicko pump...., then my elbows started to hurt
- DB hammer curls: 25/12 x 3
- hi cable bis: 20/15 x 3
Cardio: 20 min step mill (fat burning profile) + 20 min treadmill -- angle 11 -> 13, speed 3.3->3.1
