*** WOKE UP AT A REASONABLE HOUR! ***

Diet:
Meal 1: 9 am
2 whole eggs + 4 egg whites (ran out of chicken)
1/2 c oatmeal + 1 scoop protein powder

Meal 2: 12 noon
2 scoops BI MP + 1 tbsp ANPB

Meal 3: 3 pm
6 oz chicken
4 oz sweet potato
1 c green beans

PWO - 7 pm
2 scoops BI MP + glutamine

Meal 4: tbd

Meal 5: tbd


Training:

AM -- didnt' make Yoga today --- the oatmeal wouldnt' settle in time.... :rolleyes:

PM: Chest & Bis
8 min elliptical warmup
Rotator Cuff warmup:
- cable inside / outside: 5/20(4) x 2
- 45 degree from front laterals: 10/15 x 2
- lying shoulder press: 10/15 x 2
incline press: bar/20 x 2
Giant ( chest):
- incline press: 10/15 25/12 x 2
- incline DB fly: 25/12 x 3 --- some nerve pinch on this -- felt like shoulder related
- cable x-over: 20/15 x 3
- hammer strength low press: 45/15 55/12 45/12
Pushups: 10 x 3
Giant (bis):
- LifeFitness preacher curl: 85/15 x 3 --- mega sicko pump...., then my elbows started to hurt
- DB hammer curls: 25/12 x 3
- hi cable bis: 20/15 x 3

Cardio: 20 min step mill (fat burning profile) + 20 min treadmill -- angle 11 -> 13, speed 3.3->3.1

Dang thats a nice workout :) NO wonder you were drippin with sweat hehe... how's the shoulder doing?

Ha! I love that photo.

Remember a while ago a newbie posted for advice and the girls came on and said that Sassy would be able to help. And the girl asked "What's a Sassy?" I'll never forget that! :lmao:

If that happens again, we'll have to post that photo and say, now that's THE Sassy, girlfriend!!

Diet: --- again sleep is an issue - fell asleep earlier but still out cold until 11 am

Meal 1:12 noon
2 whole eggs + 4 egg whites (no chicken available)
1/2 c oatmeal + 1 scoop BI MP

---> need to stop w/ the oatmeal - I can't digest it.

Meal 2: 3 pm
2 scoops BI MP + 1 tbsp ANPB

Meal 3: 5:30 pm
6 oz chicken
4 oz sweet potato
1 c green beans

Meal 4: 8:30 pm
2 shrimp + veggie spring rolls

Meal 5: tbd

Training: back & calves -- kept this a bit tame because my stomach is just bugging me today.
warm up: 8 min elliptical
smith bent-over rows: bar/20 25/12 45/10 x 2
Giant (back):
- lat pulldown: 100/15 120/12 x 2
- hammer strength row (2 hold, 6 ct drop): 55/15 70/12 x 2
- wide grip cable row:70/15 85/12 x 2
- reverse hypers w/ fly: 15 x 3
Giant (calves):
- seated calves: 140/30 x 3
- sliding donkey calves: 135/30 x 3
- calf raises + stretch: 30 x 3

Cardio: 20 min Step Mill (fat burning profile) + 15 min elliptical
