I had a pretty bad experience with ATL too. Got in WAY too much trouble down there. Too much to do!!!! lol

... way too much to do here? Shit, I never leave my house except for the grocery store & the gym. I've never been so uninterested in explorign an area as I am about ATL.....

Just time to leave. It hasn't been productive. And honestly I'm so used to the lifestyle in Ft. Lauderdale & S. FL I just find it foreign here.

9 May 2006 (Tues)

Diet:
Meal 1: 10 am
5 oz turkey patties
3 egg whites + 2 whole eggs
1 grapefruit

Meal 2: 1 pm
2 scoops BI Ultra Size + 1 tbsp ANPB

Meal 3: 5 pm
6 oz chicken
4 oz sweet potato
large salad - spinach + cukes + 1/2 small tomato + green pepper + 1 tbsp low carb dressing

Meal 4: 9 pm
1 scoop BI Ultra Size + water - pwo

Meal 5: 10 pm
2 scoops BI Ultra Size + 1 tbsp ANPB

Meal 6 ----

Training -- damn it shows when I don't do cardio...

PM: shoulders / delts + tris
6 min treadmill warm up
Rotator cuff warm up - inside / outside cable pull: 5/20 (4) 10/20(4)
DB Press: 20/20 x 2 (warm up)
Giant (delt):
- DB Press: 40/12 x 3 30/12 -- slow for burn
- side laterals w/ twist at top (4 ct drop): 15/12 x 3
- rear laterals: 15/15 x 3
Smith shrugs: 70/10 x 3
Tri dips: bodywt/12 x 3 --- watching elbows here --- raging case of tendonitis going...
Giant (tris):
- skull crushers + close grip press: 50/12+12 60/8+12 x 2 --- again w/ the elbow...
- straight bar cable tri press: 60/12 60/8+50/6 x 2
- DB kickbacks (supinated grip): 15/15 x 3

Cardio:30 min treadmill (eek... battery died on iPod)

hey girl :)

LOL shoulder -- actually better - I'm really careful about warming it up before I do upper body anything. I'll be heading back to the massage therapist this weekend I think because my lats need a lot of work in general. Of course all sorts of other joint issues are popping up -- I think I'm falling apart at the seams :worried:

But pains aside, good workouts, need to do more cardio & yoga. I was able to get in touch w/ the girl who made my night posing suit from last yr to make me a pre-judge suit - that's pretty cool because I didn't like the cut of the one I used last yr. I'd like a bit of consistency between my suits considering the size of the shows I'm looking at.

And yes, I took some "progress pix" this afternoon... I'll post up the least icky of the bunch. Of course I took these right after I chugged 4 cups of coffee so a bit squishy and the light sucked. And major irritation trying to get the timer feature on my camera to work... However, when u post pix of yourself in a thong bikini when you don't have a thong bikini body yet you are definitely throwing a stake in the ground....

Actually amazed my abs are sorta outlined at this point. Better size in my legs, more size all over in general, but still squishy, ass still big and lat spread still sux... but I've got 9 weeks to deal w/ it...

When is the big date? I want your legs! My hubby and I were just talking and he told me I have to get my legs bigger and my tummy a wee bit smaller (gotta love him)

July 21 -- NPC Teen, Collegiate & Masters Nationals -- Pittsburgh (I'm in the "masters" aka 35+ category here...)
