I've been thinking about trying 21s. Or 15s. :D Do you do them just to mix things up, or for breaking thru a plateau?

They've always worked nicely to pop my peaks but I scale them down these days because of my tendonitis. The change in range seems to give me a better burn.

It will be good to get out of that dang house & GA ... Enjoy your convention :) Look forward to the drunk stories again :)

I love giants :) & I don't know why, but doing 21's (or versions of them) even for my leg curls & leg extensions did some cool shaping to my gams last time around. Thumbs Up.

I'm looking forward to some sort of progress - I'm turning into a nervous wreck waiting on things.

21's - they hit ranges & contraction points differently than a full range but doesn't limit the range that you hit. Definitely the one approach that has produced results for me in hams / quads and bis.
