Job: met w/ the replacement guy for this career company I hired - apparently there was no "hand off" from the last dumbass in the sense that he actually talked to the new guy - so the new guy had no idea what he was in for. So basically it was a waste of a 1/4 tank of gas and came out that I need to send my complaints to the "client advocate" via email at the company (if you don't know what my complaints are about , suffice it to say I think I wasted $3K and I want my damn money back). I came home, wrote up my several complaints and emailed it so now I'm waiting for their response. Otherwise I'm still waiting for the local recruiter guy to call & schedule my 3rd interview w/ this local company - he said Thurs or Fri -- tomorrow is Thurs so I need to know soon here. I'll follow up w/ the guy tomorrow if I don't hear from him by around noon. Also debating a mad dash to CA this weekend & early part of next week to hit a mobile / wireless technology convention & network opportunity...

- 15's (like 21's but less

Testing the knee:
- leg press + calf press: 410/10 + 30 x 3 -- it still works
Abs:
- fitball cable lower abs: 60/25 x 3
- fitball cable upper abs: 15/20 x 3
- kneeling cable crunches: middle: 100/15 obliques: 100/10+10 middle: 100/15
