Diet: tight -- got me some Hoodia Hoodia and only my stomach reminds me its time to eat. Definitely interested in losign some size. I got a little squishy this week w/ time off for the knee and a bit of stress eating, but back on track. Still got some wardrobe that could fit a lot better and I want to wear it baby!

- 21s: 40/7+7+7 x 3 -- kept it at 40 due to very annoyed right elbow
- DB hammer curls: 20/12 x 3
Tris -- a bit random trying to work around the ol' right elbow:

- cable rope press down: 40/10 x 2
- tri dips: bodywt/15 x 2
- DB kickbacks: 15/10 x 2
Abs:
- cable fitball lower abs: 60/25 x 3
- cable fitball upper abs: 15/25 x 3

- decline abs: 10/5 + 5 pulse x 3
Cardio: 15 min stepper + 15 min bike
