I'm looking forward to some sort of progress - I'm turning into a nervous wreck waiting on things.

21's - they hit ranges & contraction points differently than a full range but doesn't limit the range that you hit. Definitely the one approach that has produced results for me in hams / quads and bis.

I'm sold. ;)

I'll incorporate them this week, ladies. Thank you.

Oh, and ditto on the drunk stories. I have no social life, so I'd like to live vicariously through you.

thanks.

:D

Yikes - boy if you all think my "drinking life" is exciting... omg.... I can almost literally tell you the dates of every time I've gone out drinking since 2003.

so I see we're in the same boat. dammit.

Who has a big, whirling, social life that I can pretend I'm a part of? It would be a plus if it involve possible public nakedness and chocolate cake. :nerd:

I need to get out more...

LOL - I went back to the hotel thinking that I was going to get an early night in to face Day 2 of "Fiasco at the Arnold". Instead my whole group (sans boss) were sitting in the hotel bar getting loaded. More rum & cokes later, we went back to the guys' room for more booze & laughed at the dozen or so boxes of "hard body gear". God.

You guys were BY FAR the highlight of that weekend.
