I think is better, but still try add more!!! I will see what happend!!!
Any of those foods would add 200 calories to your day (bringing you to 1387) and would increase your carb percentage -- optimal should be 40p/30c/30f.
Pick the meal you feel the hungriest at and add a starch tomorrow then show us the numbers again
