How much chromium do you take? If you make the changes Ulter suggested (which I highly recommend), I would drop the chromium. Unless a doctor recommended it.

Adipex..yes is apettite supress, it speeds up metabolism I think!!!

seated leg press 3x15 rep + close grip chin up 3x15
leg extension 3x15 +lever seated row 3x15
step up 3x10-15 each leg +smith bent over row 3x15
I felt ok!!
2. MEAL
3 cup lettuce
1/2 grapefruit
2 pieces of pineapple
4 oz chicken breast
sprinkle with chedar cheese
3 almonds
4 chery tomatoes
Maybe this is why you aren't getting enough calories? I don't know about speeding up the metabolism, maybe someone of more experience could explain that part. Did your physician prescribe the Adipex?
