3.MEAL
1/2 pure protein bar..............nothing I wasn't home, I had littel break up with my b-friend :worried: but I hope everything will be fine, I'm so depressed. Oh boy!!!!

I know you're depressed, but please try to eat. Even if you have to drink your calories, it's better than nothing.

I'm noticing you eat "bites" of food and count it as a meal. Now sometimes, "bites" or a palm-ful of foods are a serving-size (like with nuts), but 2 Tbl of cottage cheese isn't that much food -- a whole 1/2 cup of it (that's 8 spoonfuls) is considered a serving and packs a mere 80 to 100 calories depending on fat content.

I'm still really concerned you are not eating enough. I do not think you are in need of an appetite suppressant right now. I think the Sesapure and Glucorell would alleviate the mental stress of having to count the calories and/or worrying that you have eaten too much. The Gluc will help control your blood sugar and help with cravings and the Sesapure will take care of any excess calories you have consumed but not worked off.

Everyone seems to agree so far that your calories are still on the low side -- please try your best to get some food in. A lot of what you DO eat is so low in calories that it doesn't add up enough to keep you feeling energized all day.

Double your protein to 6 or 8 oz servings of chicken if you can. You will feel fuller longer than with the vegetables galore (though those are great, just try to get more bulk of your meal from other food groups). Whole grains (like a WHOLE piece of toast) will help you to feel more energy as well.

This weekend I had lot of earrends to run, I was on party..but I swear I will keep my calories up!!!

today I woke up and I had terrible headache, I slept over 9 hours, I didn't drink before, but also I have coupel of days awfull acne on my face...so maybe period is comeing who knows!!!

TENNIS 1 hour..but I didn't run so much it was first time I played!!! I love it!!

1/2 cup cooked oatmeal
1 teas almond butter

4. MEAL
2 cup lettuce
2 oz chicken
1/2 tomatoes
sea bass broild
