yes,,,maybe I dont eat enough carb..I try add some. Anyway..today I didn't workout and I didn't do cardio..feel littel bit guilty. In the night two friend of mine celebrate B-day..oh god...lot of alcohol. I ate some chicken breast and I drunk lot of...I know is not good!!
