HI I'm BACK, I was so flustruated from my weight and not abel to lose anything . Still the some. At first I still have problem with thyroid Every day I have to take 300mcg SYNTHROID. The last time I checked my thyroid I was on 350 mcg..and I was overmedicated...but still couldn't lose anything. today doc lowered my dosage and I'm on 300 still not lose anything. I feel like....
I was visited nutricionist she wrote me eating schedule here it is
Before workout in the morning
1.0.5 cup blubarries
0.5 cup greek yogurt FF
2 Meal after workout
025 cup oatmeal
6 egg whites
0.5 tomatoes
0.5oz almonds
1 small apple

0.5 cup brown rice
0.2 cup chickpeas
5 oz chicken breast

0.5 cup carrotes
3 cup romaine lettuce

I also changed my workout program
I do 4 days split
1. CHest
2. Back+ Biceps
3. Legs
4. Shoulders + triceps
The trainer changed my routine I do 4-5 different exercise 12-15 rep. The training is intensive 1 hour

I do cardio 6 days 30-40 min { 2-3 day I do in the morning on empty stomach}
I'm 5'6" today 127lb, next time I have to check BF%

2000 vit C
4-5 caps CLA
B-complew
glutamin 10-15g daily
Also every other day I take Lasix 20mg
I do this routine for week now of course any changes, my legs are so sore trainer killing me!!
COULD someone tell me where is my problem?? what I'm doing wrong??? OH god I do this for long time I'm so depressed and tired . Please!!
