I wasn't here for while...I'm still travelling now!!

After woke up 30min CARDIO EMPTY STOMACH {I tried HIIT} I was sweting so good!!

1. Meal
1 low carb ow fat english muffin {20carb-8 FIBER}=100cal..no bad
4 egg whites
mushrooms

I'm trying eat something different for now!!! just trying keep everything clean, but littel changes!!!

2.Meal
4 oz chicken breast
lettuce
3 baby carrots
dec. coffee

3. Meal
3 egg whites
lettuce
1/4 cup rice

WORKOUT I CHANGE ROUTINE...I TRYING DO SUPER-SET
TRAINING SPLIT look
1.chest+triceps
2. Back+ Biceps
3.Legs
4.Shoulders


Today I did CHEST+TRICEPS
Bench press{right after} + INcline dumbell press{right after}+ decline bench
press...after this I took littel break {1-2min} and I repeat this 2 more times

[B]After finish chest I did Triceps
Triceps Bench press + Cabel triceps extension {3x}

I tried lift heavy {7-10rep}

It was pretty good..It was different!!![/B]

1 tomatoes
1/4 bananas


I just don't know, but now I was at the weekend out..I was workout each day..I did cardio for 30min each day . I lost 2 pounds..but I ate in the morning bagells with smoked salmon and FF cream cheese, than I had salad with chicken breast and for dinner I was in restaurant..I ate good..salmon or tuna with vegetables no junk of course..it was good, I just don't understand..when I watched all my food when I ate each three hours..I couldn't lose anything..and when I do opposit I lost some of..I know..of course probably water weight, but..if I eat everything I see some result..that's weird!!!

It's probably because you weren't eating enough before when you were eating every three hours. I'm glad to see you've added some carbs back in.

HI I'm BACK, I was so flustruated from my weight and not abel to lose anything . Still the some. At first I still have problem with thyroid Every day I have to take 300mcg SYNTHROID. The last time I checked my thyroid I was on 350 mcg..and I was overmedicated...but still couldn't lose anything. today doc lowered my dosage and I'm on 300 still not lose anything. I feel like....

I was visited nutricionist she wrote me eating schedule here it is

Before workout in the morning
1.0.5 cup blubarries
0.5 cup greek yogurt FF

2 Meal after workout
025 cup oatmeal
6 egg whites
0.5 tomatoes
0.5oz almonds
1 small apple

3.Meal
0.5 cup brown rice
0.2 cup chickpeas
5 oz chicken breast
4.5 olives
0.5 cup carrotes
3 cup romaine lettuce

4.Meal
4 oz cotagge cheese lowfat
1.5 cup cucumber

5.Meal
6 oz fish {sea bass, halibut..}
1 cup asparagus
1 cuup brocolli
2 ts olive oil

6. 1/2 cup cotagge cheese or whey protein

during the day I have 2-3 dec coffee + spalsh FF milk

TOTAL
173g PROTEIN 46%
125 CARB 32%
36 FAT 11%

1515 CAL


I also changed my workout program
I do 4 days split
1. CHest
2. Back+ Biceps
3. Legs
4. Shoulders + triceps


The trainer changed my routine I do 4-5 different exercise 12-15 rep. The training is intensive 1 hour

+ I do cardio 6 days 30-40 min { 2-3 day I do in the morning on empty stomach}

I'm 5'6" today 127lb, next time I have to check BF%
I take every day
chromium
alpha lipoic acid
2000 vit C
4-5 caps CLA
B-complew
glutamin 10-15g daily
Also every other day I take Lasix 20mg

I do this routine for week now of course any changes, my legs are so sore trainer killing me!! :cold:

COULD someone tell me where is my problem?? what I'm doing wrong??? OH god I do this for long time I'm so depressed and tired . Please!!

Hey! :wavey: Welcome back...your new diet actually looks good and well-balanced. I felt like you weren't eating enough the last time you were on here. So why don't you give yourself 3 weeks on this new program consistently to see what happens? It's all about patience and finding what works for you :rose:
