06/17/06 SATURDAY 127lb, 97.5F....no complain about weight..anyway yesterday I wanted check my BF at the gym but the trainer left befor I came... :mad:

7.15-7.45 CARDIO empty sotmach {30min} before I took of course thyroid pills and 2000mg CARNITINE

I felt sore today, I slept just 6,5 hours!!

I know yyesterday china buffee, but this is crazy....at littel while I'll go to the doctor for test and everything...I let know how was it!!!

I'm back from doctor....they PISSED ME OFF!!!!!!!!!! I had appoitment because I wanted chec my thyroid...and F*****g doc didn't have there anobody who will do it!! It was long way there for nothing. Is it normal?? But anyway I told him...I went down with my dosage of thyroid pills...now I'm taking still1/2 pill {it's some combinaton T3/T4..something like Armour..it's from his office} He said it was not good idea slowed down with this..he gave me for trying MERIDIA...I have now here just 15 f****g pills..becaue it cost so much!!! :sick: :sick: :happyscra

I'm so DEPRESSED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

my boyfr. checked my BF at home, he used FAT TRACKII Calipers...I don't know if it was accurate, he measured me on 3 places..triceps, abs and legs...result was 19%BF....tomorrow I check my BF at the gym yet...I hope somebody will able do this..I didn't have luck yet. CRAZY!!!

I feel well now, I try relax, NO WATCH f*** SCALE..I'll check myself..but not worried..tomorrow I'll check my BF at the gym and calm down!!!!! I try be fine...just I don't know what to do with MERIDIA PILLS...try it or rather not!!! I don't know..what do you think girls???
