my boyfr. checked my BF at home, he used FAT TRACKII Calipers...I don't know if it was accurate, he measured me on 3 places..triceps, abs and legs...result was 19%BF....tomorrow I check my BF at the gym yet...I hope somebody will able do this..I didn't have luck yet. CRAZY!!!

I feel well now, I try relax, NO WATCH f*** SCALE..I'll check myself..but not worried..tomorrow I'll check my BF at the gym and calm down!!!!! I try be fine...just I don't know what to do with MERIDIA PILLS...try it or rather not!!! I don't know..what do you think girls???
