Oh ye DAISY..that's true...I'll work on this...always I prepare foood one day before...I put everything in the container...and go work..then when I feel hungry I don't have choice take something more....I'll be better I know!!!! :heart: :heart:

5 egg whites
1/2 tomatoes
4 strawbery
handfull blubarries :p :p
1 teas. almond butter
dec. coffee + littel bit light soy milk...it's so good..and I put there dash of cinammon ah :coffee: :p
 
I'm going to say it again...use Fitday to get your totals everyday. Otherwise you don't know how you are eating and how to tweak your diet to get the results you want. If you constantly eat on the low side of your calorie range, your body is going to get used to it. So I'm glad to hear you're going to have an all out cheat meal today! :D

1/2 can tuna in water {18g protein}
lettuce+cabbage
6 almonds
4 strawbery
1 egg white

NOw I'm going to the greocery store...and I will buy something for my cheat meal...yamy yamy
 
3.MEALS CHEATING MEALLLLLL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1/4 cup oatmeal raw 1,5F/13c/2p/70cal
egg whites
4 strawbery
1TB blubarries
1/4 bananas
2TB ICE cream
4 almonds in chocolate

I hope it was enough...because my stomach is full...yamy yamy...

BEFORE MEAL my sugar was 102mg/dl
I took 200mg R-alpha lipoic acid


30min after MEAL sugar `120mg/dl
1 hour after 112mg/dl

lol I was thinking the same thing.

You ate only 2 tablespoons of ice cream????

The purpose of your cheat was to go over your daily calories you have been eating low calories for a long time, so the point of the cheat was to go above and hopefully kick start your metabolism.

You have more energy because you ATE SOMETHING today. If you raise your caloric intake, even just slightly, everyday - then you will have more energy and be able to have kick ass workouts everyday.
