This is a great idea! I think I should take that into consideration, what are the differences in half lives between OSTA and S4?

Great information, thanks. I am a big advocate of multiple daily dosing for any oral, sometimes it's hard with a liquid like OSTA (as I also don't want to take it out of the house because of the cost if it gets lost or broken).

I'm going to start taking OSTA upon rising, and either before workout or before bed. I'm a big believer in the anabolic and lipolytic potential of sleep, it poses a huge 7-8 hour window of time when we can recover and re-energize.

No didn't get email from sarmssearch got one from paypal confirming when order was shipped. But three times I've ordered,product has been in my hand in seven days to Ireland

I've made a total of two order now from SARMSSEARCH, I was waiting to make sure my first few weeks on OSTA were good - and they WERE. Now that the effects are kicking FULLY, I have some backup, and just like the first time, shipping was exceptionally quick.

Since the half life is 4 hours, can the s4 be dropped into pills for consumption throughout the day? Maybe use a dropper first dose then take the pills after that. Your last one you could take right before bed and the time it takes to dissolve would get the dose later into the night

This is how I take SARMS anyway, by squirting them in 1/2 of a 000 capsule, and then putting the other end on before throwing it down the hatch. As far as portability, this wouldn't work, because the liquid inside of the capsule would surely eat through the gelatin within minutes, so you'd be left with an expensive mess! We want the SARMS working their magic in our bodies, not our pockets, haha!

However, if you're trying to avoid the taste, you could always pack some empty capsules in your lunch box and squirt it in when you're ready to dose mid-day.

I just bring the bottle to work in my rucksack. I keep it in a side pocket just make sure the caps on tight.
