Super busy! I haven't been able to train since saturday

I'm gonna hit the gym in a few hours. I'll update then. Today will be my third day of dosing.

This log has gotten off to a horrible start. I've been sick twice in the past two weeks. I've literally took four 50mg doses in that time.

I'm feeling pretty good today despite an awful hack I can't seem to shake.

I took 50mg about an hour preworkout. The pump was sick, but I can't breath so I cut my workout short

I've considered pulsing s4 at 50-75mg preworkout 3-4 days per week versus the typical 5 on 2 off approach.

You guys with more experience,,,, what's your thoughts on this???

run it 5 days on 2 off with out a doubt.

Nice. I took 50mg today. That's two days in a row I'll do five on two off. That seems about the norm.

I'll be consistent from here on out. Hopefully lol

Tomorrow's a training day. I'm still not 100% but I'm gonna sling some iron tomorrow regardless. I'll update then.

Well bro, work is crazy as hell right now plus other life shit. I'm slacking on the log, but I am training at least 3x a week with some fasted am cardio four days per week.

Everything is going good. I'm getting sick pumps in the gym and recomping nicely. Which is exactly what I'm going after. I know diet is playing a big part in the recomp. The pumps are from the s4 all the way.

I can't wait for three or four more weeks on the s4. The magic should really start happening then

None. I'm running five on and two off. I think this should cut back on the sides quite a bit.
