I just saw this online the other day and I got a kick out of it. I see more and more women squatting and less and less men doing any serious leg training. Not surprisingly you see a lot more women with muscular legs and a lot more men with spindly legs. Makes you wonder where it all is going to end up.
I had a girl from our local college track team complement me on squatting the other day. She had some awesome muscular wheels ...
Although i appreciated the complement ... it's kind of pathetic that she noticed me squatting BECAUSE she sees so few guys doing it.
She said she rarely sees guys squatting and when they do they rarely go full extension ... nor use heavy weight.
Ironically ... guys should do more work on lower body ... since guys tend to have skinny lower bodies. Women the reverse ... generally.
Again ... I just wonder where this trend ends up ...
