Had a good leg session today. Did the most weight ever on squats in the gym. Ive done more at a powerlifting meet but not in the gym while training. Hopefully the gains continue. Ok everyone have a strong back half finish for the week. Will be doing Chest on Fri and deadlifting on Sat.
