Had a good training session today. Went up 10lbs on the incline bench and did around the same reps. Did an extra set to make 3 working sets though so that was cool. Haven't lost a single oz of strength in this cut. Pretty happy with how things are going. Skin is hangin off my lower abs. Its gross looking. I hope it tightens up.
