Was very strong today from last week. Increased weight on Incline Press from 320 to 340. Increased bodyweight dips top set from 20 to 25 this week. Also increased reverse grip machine press from 230 to 250. Very pleased with the progress. Haven't decided if we are going to lift on Sunday since I wont be able to lift on Monday. The next time we can train again is on Thursday. Will make up mind tonight. Everyone have a great Easter weekend!!!
