Rice, Oatmeal, oatbran question

Hello i eat all these foods for my ccabrs but i was checking out calorie king and realised that when they are cooked they lose more then half the calories than what it says on the container.

Anyways, my questions are:
does cooking a cup of oatmeal or oatbran in the microwave lower the calories to the cooked nutrional info?

and, does steaming a cup of crown rice for 30 minutes lower it to the cooked nutritional info? cause if it does, i been eating 1/4 what i should have been for my diet

NO, there is only more water

NO, same thing

Cooking the oats increases their glycemic index because your body absorbs them faster. But I think I'm the only one who eats them raw anyway so move along, nothing to see here.
