revised workout due to injury...tell me what u think!

Well I think im going to take some time off of legs to let me knees heal (hopefully thats all I need to do) so what do u think about my workout change. I used to WO 5x a week, and I want to still do that but without legs so here goes.
old one;~
D1-chest
D2-back
D3-legs
D4-shoulders
D5-bis,tris,forearms
D6&7 rest

new one ~without legs tell me what u think about slpiting up arms;
D1-chest
D2-back
D3-bris, forearms
D4-shoulders
D5-tris, forearms
D6&7 rest

and I do cardio in the morning 4x a week.
 
Hey Stiff, you said you're doing cardio 4x per week. Are you running? If so, that might be contributing to your knee problems.

Workout looks good to me. Only thing I'd change is to include one rest day during the week. But just a suggestion.

Hey Gymtime, so u think I should combine arms into one session and maybe take wed off?
I used to do that but I thought if i WO 5x vs 4x a week it might help shed some of this fat I aquired while I was sitting on my ass all summer with a broken arm.

and I do not run actually I hate running! I just ride the bike at the gym for 25-30min
 
Nah, was thinking just move the schedule around. Instead of Sat and Sun off, take Wed and Sat, something like that to spread out your rest periods a little.

I remember about your arm, how's it doing?
 
my arm is doing great! this week I actually lifted alot of weight and did it with good form. Im about 80% back to my original strengh, which makes me happy for the first time in 4 months since I broke the damn thing.

I think im going to do a light cycle of sust/fina in the next few weeks I know it cheating but I want to be back to my original size ASAP. I was thinking something like this
sust 250mg weeks 1-9
fina 75mg EOD weeks 5-11

then I will go back to some bigger cycles earily spring or so.:)

This could possibly be your problem......my dad messed his knees up cause he had the seat too low.........make sure you dont do that!
