This is my very 1.st attempt at an E/C/A stack, and my goal is to loose about five pounds of fat, and of course keep most of my hard earned muscle.
My stats for now are:
Weight: 152lbs
Height: 6'9''
BF%: 11,3%
Waist: 32,5inches
The total for the entire 21 days will be 1000mg of ephedrine, 7400mg caffeine and 11150mg aspirin.
I'll also be taking chromium, multivitamines and creatine.
I wont take the time to write down every meal, but I'll at least eat three cans of tuna pr. day, thats 100grams of proteine, plus a few whey shakes and a whey/caseine combo.
Only slow carbs (except for trainig, of course), very little fat, and little carbs after six o'clock.
I might go for some cardio before breakfast some of the days, but i'll try to limit it to maybe two times a week to spare my muscle.
I'm tapering off near the end to avoid the crash.
