reliable listings of foods rich in creatine content

Hi guys, I have a question, if you consume plenty of food rich in creatine daily and get the amount of creatine you body needs, while doing a mass gain cycle, should you still buy the actual supplement?
There is a great product by n2bm called "Ancient Strenght" that has three different types of creatine in it, just wondering if I can get the same effects from foods alone.
 
The three foods that are the highest in creatine are beef, salmon and tuna.

One pound of beef will contain around 5g of creatine. One pound of salmon will contain roughly 4.5g of creatine. Each can of tuna will contain about 1.5g of creatine.

Theoretically, if you base your diet heavily around those foods and are able to get about 5-10g of creatine through food alone, you wouldn't need a creatine supplement.

That being said, a creatine supplement is pretty inexpensive and it's kind of like an insurance policy to ensure you are getting enough creatine each day. I would still use a creatine supplement like ancient strength from n2bm.com and supplement with 5g (1 serving) per day. A 30 day supply is less then $15 dollars.
 
yes we get creatine from food, but for a natty the #1 supplement you should be using (after quality food of course) is going to be creatine. but it needs to be good QUALITY. powder creatine that most places sell are full of fillers, sweeteners, and cancer causing dyes. they do this to make it look pretty, and taste good.

this is why i tell guys to buy ancient strength from n2bm, no mixing, no powder, just tablets you swallow and pure
 
Given your beef intake is pretty high, then you dont need supplementation. But its rarely the case for an athlete. Plus the same creatine that you mentioned costs very little, so why not just get it for the sake of being safe of getting the full daily dose?
 
I would still supplement. You would have to be eating a lot of beef to get the full serving of creatine. A creatine supplement is very cheap and will ensure you have enough each day.
