Hi guys, I have a question, if you consume plenty of food rich in creatine daily and get the amount of creatine you body needs, while doing a mass gain cycle, should you still buy the actual supplement?
There is a great product by n2bm called "Ancient Strenght" that has three different types of creatine in it, just wondering if I can get the same effects from foods alone.
