they are all christian bands...hardcore heavy metal

nice, i'll make sure to download them later and put them on a cd.

Songs we listen to now are stuff like "....and im not to soft to say it.. even if DeeJay's dont play it... jesus is still alright w/ me... jesus is still alright...with me..."

We 've been listening to P.O.D lately but its been getting old listening to it every lifting day for 3 weeks straight. At least at the other gym they listen to everything.

hey everybody, im at my aunt's house right now because our friggin computer croaked for like the 7th time, it may be ready to roll this time, not sure though. but i've always liked coal chamber's 'big truck' for a workout song. i love it, if you havent heard it, download it. it's great. \

soo maybe you guys will hear from me in a couple days if we can ressurect our computer once more..later

Gloria Gaynor = I will survive and Irene Cara = what a feeling
:D :p Can you believe they actually played that shit at the gym the other day?:bawling: Thank god for the mp3 player and headphones.. Enjoyed watching the tenderettes bop up and down to the music on the stair steppers anyway:D don t forget primus and pantera... they rock!

when i used to workout at 24 hour fitness, they played so much teen pop music until i thought i was going to get sick. eventually i just bought a portable cd player and burned a cd labeled 'HATE'. this was a mixture or nin, marilyn manson, rage, prodigy, and tool.

cannibal corpse
pantera
system of a down
any profane rap (i like hearing shit, motherfucker, ho, and beaatch repeated ad nauseum as i am training)
ac/dc
ozzy
dj keoki (warm up and recovery days)
crystal method (recovery days)
judas priest
80s hard rock

i just built a little computer with a wireless connection down in my gym so i can access my entire mp3 and cd collection that is stored upstairs. i found burning cds and managing my nomad mp3 player such a pain in the ass.

My top favs are Tool, System of a down (fuck yea), nin..

top pics: nin - at the heart of it all with richard d. james (aphex twin). Anyone know this one? this has been a favorite of mine for almost probobly 8 years.. It's industrial, and just downright evil sounding..

and tool - crawl away.. that's got the most insane drum brakeaways..
