Just looking for a bit of advice here....I've been doing push/pull/legs for about 5-6 months, switching up a few things when my lifts started to stall, but now interested in trying madcows 5x5, Texas method, or 5/3/1 routine....
I was just curious on anyone's thoughts or advice on a new routine to possibly try...the amount of rest days on those routines surprises me, I'm so used to going 3 on, 1 off...thats a main reason I'm curious to anyone's thoughts...
My goals are to add size and continue to get stronger (I know that's probably the goal with 99% of routines). I've read a lot on these routines and just seems like a lot of mixed reviews.
Currently I am 35, 6', 225lbs
Bench 320lbs 1RM
DL 405 1RM
Squat 410 1RM
