questions for those more expierienced than I am

Im 25, 5'9 160 lbs on a heavy day and just started on what I plan on being a 8 weeker of Sust 250 at 250 mg a week. I have never been able to put on weight , I guess my fast metabolism won't let it happen. 5 days ago was my first injection. I have been working :

day 1- back/biceps

day 2- chest/triceps

day 3- cardio/off

day 4- shoulders

day 5- legs

day 6- off

repeat

I eat 4 squares a day and choke down 3-4 protein shakes a day. Yesterday, 5 days after my first injection. When I woke up I could hardly move my upper body. That night I got an insane pump like never before, and now two days later my muscles are still so swollen, sore and pumped, I tried to go to the gym this morning and with little suprise could hardly move the littlest weight around. Is this normal? Should I take a few days off and let my body heal? Should I bump the gear to 500mg/week. What about doing a split 250/twice a week? I have boxes of clomid and nolvadex on hand and know that I will start the clomid a few weeks after the cycle. I am holding off on the nolvadex for now. I can only get my hands on sust and testrovin depot. Has anyone used these together? Any information for me would help greatly.
 
Could possibly be sust flu, which is a reaction to the prop in the jab. It usually passes after a few weeks.
 
whoa, easy there killer. I think you're getting yourself all worked up for nothing. It's only been 5 days, besides the very little bit of prop (which is already out of your system) the majority of the sust hasn't even kicked in yet.
You probably just tried to lift every weight in the gym and over worked yourself. Just take it easy for a couple of days in the gym
 
Yeah, could be prop flu... but more likely you're overtraining. Stop the cardio, and yes I'd bumb the gear up to 500mg.
 
Bump it up to 500 mgs/wk. 250 will just shut you down and will cause very minimal gains. I agree with the above. Relax. It's been 5 days. Sust is the longes acting test.

How long have you been training natural bro? Not flaming, but you even acknowledged that 160 at 5'9 is light. I'm not saying don't juice, its a personal decision and maybe what you need to get that solid foundation if you are really genetically limited in the mass department. The only thing I stress is that you have the necessary time lifting and eating right to really utilize the addition of gear. If not, you'll still grow, but not like you could with a mastery of these other factors.

To that affect, I personally would train chest and tri on the same day. Some do, but the problem I see is that the chest will fatigue under a much heavier work load and you don't want to be insufficiently working one group or the other due to fatigue issues. If for time requirements you want to group together I'd go with opposing movements to limit the overlap of fatigue and allow for a focused workout aimed at a specific group. I have to admit though that even with opposing groups, unless its something like bis/tris, I think it b/c too demanding. If you are going all out it is a hell of a thing to go to failure with the necessary reps for both you chest and back. Maybe works for some, but for most it will result in overtraining.

You diet doesn't look too off, but I'd just add a few meal replacements, though not to replace meals, but "choked down" after each meal. Great mass builder especially for those who are hard gainers and don't need to worry about fat.

Best of luck and just remember that gear will only enhance proper eating.sleeping and lifting.
 
Week 3 now and bumped to 500mg/wk. Gained a little strenghth and a little weigh but my body has filled out a lot! I shoot 2 amps at a time. Is this ok? Should I inject this at 250 twice a week or what? Also I think its sus flu but don't know for sure. Feels like a common cold, runny nose, sore throat in the morning and always tired.

Sounds like sust flu to me, thats what i get when i use it.As for injection frequency, you will get mixed opinions with sust, some will say that your test will be more level with 2 jabs per week, but i personally dont think it really matters with sust, either way your still doing 500mg per week.
