i was takin e/c/a stack @ 25ml/200ml/81ml for 12 weeks,and then stoped for 2 weeks and started to take the stack again around 2 weeks ago, i look a lot leaner and better than i ever dreamed but the problem is lately my heart is killin me, the last 2 times i was at the gym i couldn't even finish my work out cause i felt i'm gonna have a heart attack, i'm always out of breath too, i stoped takin evrything but i need to know what's goin on ????!!!!!!!

well, the caffeine might be having an effect on you..try lowering the dosage of the caffeine down to 100mg instead..it really shouldn't change the thermo effect of the stack..
 
do the still ephedrine in IL? I ask this because I work at Walgreens and I know you can only buy so much pseudoephedrine which is obviously aform of ephedrine.

My short story is, I did the same as you with the e/c and got a bit too confident in my ability to handle it, eventually taking a 300mg dose of e. The consequence was a milder pain than what you have (in the heart). Sometimes my heart would forget to beat (i kid you not!). Here's what I did:

- Took myself off all caffiene and ephedrine.
- Made sure I ate well.
- Took my time to increase the weights.

I do still use ephedrine occassionally, but at a max of 50mg. The heart aching has reduced. I also found that a high EPA and DHA dose of fish oils reduced pain to a minimum. Interestingly, the only time I notice any heart pain is when I'm sitting around... my next step is to begin cardio workouts (i do physical work anyway so this is an addition).

If you still need a lift pre-workout, try a B100 complex, a double tea bag cuppa, or NO-Explode, but stay away from the ephedrine!!! (its not for everybody).
