Anyone else out there using the TITAN program by Leo Costa? If so...help me out here. What's the deal with the Specialization weeks. Maybe I'm just not following it 100% but it seems to me that they are saying to basically do nothing but chest for 3 weeks...or nothing but arms for 3 weeks. Can someone clear this up for me?
