I hate cooking oatmeal b/c than you fill up on alot of water weight as well, anyways to eating a cup of raw oatmeal have the same effect as when its cook. Lately i have been taking a cup of oatmeal and mixing it with a serving of yogurt. What do you guys think?

Raw oats are fine, I toss them in a protein shake sometimes. Some of it sinks to the bottom but just drink them down anyways. Adding water just makes the oats swell thus making you feel more full. They're fine in yogurt too.

I work in the hospital sometimes and many of the patients that cant eat just get hooked up with a feeding tube of stuff that is down to the T as far as nutrients... sometimes I just wish I could hook up a tube through out the day and get 4500 clean cals. <sigh> just getting sick of my diet... one of those days.:)

Me too .... if olny it was that easy

That'd be nice... I almost gagged on my chicken today (NO PUN intended  lol )... almost came back out... I need a new reciepe already

Oatmeal is tasty with Ground Cinnamon and Splenda... throw some fruit on top :)

throw your chicken breasts in a big zip lock bag....pour some low sodium soy sauce in there, a little black pepper, gralic powder (i use alot) and a sodium free chicken boullion packet....mix it around until it's spread evenly....leave it in the fridge for like 20 minutes (not necessary)...throw on the foreman and enjoy. it's very tasty and healthy...i haven't gotten sick of it yet and i've been eating it for about 3 weeks straight

i love my 100% rolled oats.

Oatmeal
Bluebberies
Few Rasberries
Splenda

Taste AMAZING. Couldnt tell it was from the shitty tube of 100% rolled oats. LOL.

Plus Blueberries have the most antioxidents and the highest thermogetic properties of food I feel warm after my breakfast lol
