KillahBee New member Aug 30, 2004 #1 50g prot, 75g dextrose, water, 5g creatine. The creatine on its own has never bothered me at all. Lately I either feel like throwin up or crapping my brains out right after drinking it. I try to sip it, but it doesn't help too much. Any thoughts?
