Totals: 18 oz chicken breast 10 oz sirloin 4 oz of cashews/peanuts ...thats about2000-2200 cals with 200-210 grams of protein and 115-120 grams of fat....negligible carbs 1.5 gallons water Refeeds: protein/fat levels stay the same but I typically add 500-600 grams of mixed carbs over a 36 hour peroid.....70% complex and 30% junk(ice cream, etc)
