You are doing it percentage-wise, right? Then you need to find the average (mean, if you will), and multiply that shiznit by 100 to get your percent.

You dont get it.....a bad day diet wise will affect your training....etc.....each category affects the others.....
 
Right. But the total of all the factors cannot be less than the worst one, because the other ones bring the total up. See what I'm saying?

Nah bor, I mean individual site measurement. Like, "Abdominal - 10mm, pectorial - 7mm, calf - 6mm, thigh - 8mm", etc.

What's the logic behind these ratings?

Just curious 'cause I hadn't seen this before.
