What's the logic behind these ratings?

Just curious 'cause I hadn't seen this before.

Its that each category has more than an additive effect on another.

Its my personal way to keep score.

I have had bi-lateral pneumonia for 3 weeks, and it really has affected me as I havent been able to train nor keep any food down....I have lost down to 201

Sounds interesting, can you explain a little more on how you decide what "score" to give each category, or is this method posted elsewere so that i can read about it?

Thanks

If I think that I gave 90% for the day on diet......then that is 0.9....training might be 80%...it would be 0.80.......cardio mighjt be a perfect 100%...It would be 1.00

so.....

.9 times .8 times 1.0 would be an overall 72%.

......it magnifies each % more than would an additive effect

So it is a socore/rating of how good or bad "you" feel the category was for the day, I think I get it.

If it is an average that you are trying to get then I beleive Ohashi was right, you add the numbers divide by 3 and multiply by 100.

Thanks for the feedback.

Do you people not understand that he does not want an easy average like that? He pushes himself and by multiplying each decimal it is much harder to achieve a higher score.

Is it that hard to understand?

Exactly......because a bad nutrition day will adveresly affect your training

Bodyfat last night - calipered at 10.1%

Strength is good....Hit 315 for 9 on bench and shruged 455 for 12 is good:

201.....again - tech is out but I got another tech to do the bf pinch....came out at 9% so......Im taking that with a grain of salt.
