Lookin for some good recipe's for protein shakes/protein bars...my fav right now is 1 or 2 scoops choc. protein with 2 tablespoons peanut butter, flax and olive oils, all blended in milk...hits the spot

I came across this one on one of these forum pages, I made a couple modifications to it:

Chocolate & Peanut Butter Protein Bars:

4 scoops chocolate whey protein powder (about 10-15g protein/scoop)
1 Tbsp Natural Style Reduced-Fat Peanut Butter
1/4 c uncooked oatmeal (the "steel cut oats" or "Irish oats" kind)
4 egg whites
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 c unsweetened applesauce

1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2) Mix egg whites & oatmeal, add remaining ingredients
3) Spray non-stick spray in an 8" x 8" baking dish. Spread mixture in an even layer over the bottom of the dish.
4) Bake for 20min, or until edges start to pull away from the sides of the dish.
5) Let cool about 5min. Cut into 6 bars

With the ingredients I use, the Nutrient Profile looks like this: 1 bar = 105cal, 10g carb, 12g protein, 2g fat
