Can someone give me the recipe for protein pancakes with raw oats, FF cottage cheese, protein, milk, etc I forget the rest. I dont have the search function anymore.
I use a good one that's 1/2 cups oats, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 2 whole eggs, and 1 egg white. Add cinnamon and splenda for taste, 1 or 2 teaspoons. Good to go.
i use 1/2 cup oats + 4 egg whites + 1/4 cup cottage cheese + 1 tsp. vanilla + a dash of baking powder and cinnamon and splenda to taste.
put all in blender blend till smooth and cook =)
you should get enough protein from the egg whites and cottage cheese ; but if thats not enough add more cottage cheese.
If you start adding protein powder it starts to taste bad ; plus there is really no point you are heating it up and all and heating up protein powder is iffy in itself ; so I'd add more CC or EW's to up the protein if need be.
You dont have to use a blender you could use a fork but its lumpy because the oats wont grind up like they should and the cottage cheese would not be smooth ; I would use a blender but you could try a fork until you got a blender?
