I also posted this in the Diet Forum, but again would like the ladies' opinions...
Such as in a protein shake taken after a workout mixed with water.
Wouldn't you want the protein to be absorbed quickly into the system after a workout? If you combine the protein with a fat wouldn't it be absorbed more slowly?
Will protein by itself be converted into sugar in the liver??
