i have noticed i have gotten most of my stretch marks from one workout, one time i hit bic's and tric's and they were so blown up i could hardly move them....later that night i was taking a shower and noticed i had stretchies all over the biceps....is there a way to get a good workout in (putting a lot of stress on your muscles) while keeping your pump farley low. without effecting gains to much..more rest in between sets?
