A couple years ago I used to use one scoop of Twinlab's powdered Ripped Fuel, one scoop of Ultimate OJ and one of the old school Dymetadrine 25s.....before a crazy tough workout....did this for a few months...I was never so lean in my life...and I can't even tell you the change that used to come over me ....intensity isn't even the word....but I had to stop using it .....its easy to become dependent....started to alarm me....
Try to find some pure ephedrine. It leaves your system faster than those extracts and "stack" energy supplements. Pure is my choice and I have no prob sleeping. I take 150mg with a couple of red bulls and I can train good! But everyone is different. You should try em' all to see what works best for you. Just be careful.
A quick 15-30 minute nap always worked wonders for me. After such a nap a small cup of cofee and i was wired. Always got mind blowing pumps. Kinda hard to do though if you workout right after work.
