please help...
ive decided to train twice a day. am cardio 1 hr - no eating prior.
pm weights plus 30mins (low intensity)cardio.
as stated previously im cutting (trying w GREAT difficulty). If the training is at 6pm what can I eat before and do I have to have carbs after if its so late at night?
spatt..should pre-w/out have protein as well? should i have fruit or sumthing like that? Can I just have a cup of coffee w soy milk if ive had a late lunch?
