Pre-Bed Meal without Dairy

I'm attempting to cut dairy out as an experiment in my cutting diet. I usually eat cottage cheese right before bed as my source of protein, but am going to cut that out for a while, because i think it is resulting in some undesireable bloating. What would be the next best slowly-disgesting protein? And please dont say casein blend, as i won't buy protein powders other than whey. thanks for your help
 
what about some lean protein like turkey or chicken, eaten with a fibrous food and some good fats to slow down the absorption process.

Excellent.
The only other way I see would be to consume miccelar/casein protein with flax/fish/olive/MCT and psyllium husk. But you can't really beat real solid food.
