Well I have no clue as to why my strength is climbing so fast this month but here is what happened tonight.
This is even after the long weekend
Incline: warm-up 125 lbs x 10
225 x 4
245 x 4
Flat
275 x 1
*315 x 3*

Went from 305 x 1 last week, I got my 3 plates now + some reps, wooot
