Ok, I started WS today, and I'm not sure if the way im doing the Reverse Hypers are good or not. I just have a big board going across the pins of a power rack, then i hang my upper body from it and right below me i have a band attached to a barbell and i just hook my feet threw it and throw it up like you normally would while doing reverse hypers, but I have no actually weight, just the resistance from the bands. Is this ok? I think thats all I wanted to ask, so ya
