staples of my ckd: eggs, heavy cream, butter, ground beef, ground turkey, chicken breast, cheese, anpb, spinach, celery, cucumber, broccoli, asparagus, whey protein...i like to make pancakes out of whey. so good! ihave these every night for dinner.
to be honest, i dont count carbs on my carb up. i just try and keep the fat low, and get mostly carbs in.
