I posted this on the AS board without much response. I got to thinkin' that maybe this was the place for this question since it's really more about post-cycle supplements than AS. I 'd appreciate any helpful advice:
I just finished my first cycle. I decided to be cautious, so a friend and I did a deca-only cycle to start out. Our per week dosage was:

Now, my question is "what next"?
I have clomid and cgh. I have seen good gains from the cycle and want to do whatever possible to retain them. When do I start the clomid and/or hcg? What dosage on the hcg?
The only supplements I continued while taking the deca were protein and glutamine. I am curious as to recommendations about when to get back to the other staples - creatine, zma, etc. Should I have stayed on these others all along and/or how long should I wait before starting back on them?
Any recommendations would be sincerely appreciated; I've really gained a lot of information from following the posts here and always consider good advice.
