Post-cycle supps?

I posted this on the AS board without much response. I got to thinkin' that maybe this was the place for this question since it's really more about post-cycle supplements than AS. I 'd appreciate any helpful advice:




I just finished my first cycle. I decided to be cautious, so a friend and I did a deca-only cycle to start out. Our per week dosage was:

Now, my question is "what next"?

I have clomid and cgh. I have seen good gains from the cycle and want to do whatever possible to retain them. When do I start the clomid and/or hcg? What dosage on the hcg?

The only supplements I continued while taking the deca were protein and glutamine. I am curious as to recommendations about when to get back to the other staples - creatine, zma, etc. Should I have stayed on these others all along and/or how long should I wait before starting back on them?

Any recommendations would be sincerely appreciated; I've really gained a lot of information from following the posts here and always consider good advice.

what were your gains?...use ephedra,,or if u can get your hads on it clenbuterols,,,,just to up your workout intensity,,,,keep protien intake high....and thow some creatine up in that mo fo
 
Use the following supplements after the cycle: Creatine, ZMA and Tribulus. Get the tribulus either from Chemical Nutrition (Pro Test) or even better Biotest (tribex 500). With these supplements you probably won't loose any of your gains. You might even get stronger and bigger... It worked for me
